Penalty Information:

·         Fines double if not paid within 14 days after issue date of a ticket

·         If 6 or more unpaid tickets are accumulated and become delinquent, vehicle is subject to immobilization, towing at owner’s expense and any other related administrative fees.

·         The City may also notify the Connecticut DMV of every motor vehicle registered owner who has 6 or more unpaid parking violations committed within the City. Upon notification by the City, the Connecticut DMV Commissioner will not issue or renew a motor vehicle registration in the name of the owner(s) therein reported.

Violation Appeals:  must be made within 5 days of the ticket issue date by:

o   Submitting an online appeal at parkingticketpayment.com/middletownct/

o   Submitting a written appeal along with a copy of the ticket by mail or in person to the address listed above.

You will receive an online or written notification response to your appeal.
