In the event that any job is approved for open competitive recruitment, the job announcement will be posted exclusively on this Website. You may check back on this website from time to time to learn of any job openings; or you may go to the Personnel Department (Room B-11 in the Municipal Building) and complete a "Blue Interest Card" to express your interest for a particular job. Should that job become available to the public, the Personnel Department will notify you and send you a job application form. No applications are kept on file unless there is an open recruitment for a specific position.
You can complete the City of Middletown Employment Application Form online, print it and sign it, then submit it to the Personnel Department. You can also print a blank form, complete it and sign it then submit it to the Personnel Department. No faxed or e-mailed applications will be accepted.
NOTE: All applications submitted must pertain to a specific job posting. Applications submitted, that do not reference a specific job posting, will not be considered for any position.
