The Health Department is located in the lower level of the Municipal Building. The Health Department office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Free Blood Pressure Screenings
Blood pressure screenings conducted by a registered nurse are being offered free of charge by the city health department every Tuesday from 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM in the main lobby. No residency required. Appointments are not necessary but are encouraged. For more information or to make an appointment, call (860) 638-4970.
Senior Center Blood Pressure Screenings
Every Tuesday; 12:45 PM - 1:45 PM, Middletown Senior Center, 150 William Street, No appointment necessary, No age or residency requirement, For more information call: (860) 638-4540. Sponsored by the Middletown Health Department.

The health-information radio program produced by the Community Health Education Section of the Middletown Health Department airs the first Saturday of every month at 3:15 a.m., 12:15 p.m., and 5:15 p.m. on WIHS 104.9 FM and every Sunday evening at 6:30 p.m. on WCNX 1710 AM as well as “on-demand” at wcnxradio.com.
