NEW! Kids Arts 2012 Summer Employment Application Forms Available Online
We have added the Application form for 2012 Kids Arts counselors, counselors in training, and artists in training to our online offerings. It is listed under "Other Documents" on this website. You may fill the form online but you will need to complete the application and then print it. Once you've printed it, you will need to read and sign both sides of the application. You are not able to save incomplete applications so be certain you set aside enough time to complete the form or you will lose any entered data if you close the form.
