"The Middletown Water and Sewer Department Engineering Division is the source
for technical information regarding the City's water and sewer systems. It is
our goal to provide the highest professional service possible to the citizens of
Middletown. In order to accomplish this goal we are in the process of updating
our records to current Geographic Information Systems (GIS) standards. This
effort will help us improve the high quality of service that our community
expects and deserves."
