The Middletown Water and Sewer Department is a
municipally owned and operated utility servicing approximately 11,000
accounts and 40,000 citizens within the City of Middletown. The operations
of the Water and Sewer Department are overseen by the City of Middletown
Water Pollution Control Authority, a seven-member board appointed by the
Common Council of the City of Middletown.
The WPCA, management, and staff of the Water and Sewer Department are
dedicated to the delivery of the highest quality service to our customers,
and we pride ourselves on our customer serviceability.
The Department welcomes all comments, both complimentary and critical, such
that we may continually improve our operations and our ability to serve our
clients.
