The Middletown Police Department is the primary law-enforcement agency responsible for the enforcement of law in a geographic area of 42.32 square miles. In an attempt to equally distribute law enforcement, the Department has divided the City into six geographical areas or "districts" as they are referred to internally.  The Police Department is located on 222 Main Street.
