Job Postings
The City of Middletown is currently in a “HIRING FREEZE”
in accordance with Common Council directive. This hiring freeze may
continue throughout the 2008-2009 fiscal year (Public Safety and Water & Sewer
Field Maintenance positions are exempt from this hiring freeze).
In the event that any job is approved for open
competitive recruitment, the job announcement will be posted exclusively on this
Website. You may check back on this website from time to time to learn of
any job openings; or you may go to the Personnel Department (Room B-11 in the
Municipal Building) and complete a “Blue Interest Card” to express your interest
for a particular job. Should that job become available to the public, the
Personnel Department will notify you and send you a job application form. No
applications are kept on file unless there is an open recruitment for a specific
position.
