North End Redevelopment

Within the larger history of Middletown, the North End has played a special role. It is, as it always has been, an active living area within the city center. In the past decade the North End has seen a significant decline in the quality of housing and population. The City along with two developers are seeking to improve housing and attract new residents to the downtown.
